In therapy, I draw upon a blend of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness techniques, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Guided by the Gottman Method in couples therapy and Family Systems Therapy in family therapy, I foster a collaborative and strengths-based approach that honours the individuality and diversity of each client and relationship.
At the core of my practice lies a firm belief in the transformative power of compassion, authenticity, and trust. I’m deeply passionate about empowering individuals to embrace their inherent worth, cultivate resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with courage and grace. Through empathy, active listening, and genuine connection, I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they embark on their journey towards healing and self-discovery.
